Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of yolvu. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. yolvu is operated by the yolvu team; you can reach us anytime at hello@yolvu.com.

1. The service

yolvu lets you save content from other apps and the web, turns each save into a structured card, files it, and lets you ask for it later in your own words. Some processing happens on our servers, including reading the content you save with our processing providers (see the Privacy Policy for who they are).

2. Your account

You need an account to use yolvu, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher). Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Your content

What you save is yours. You give us a limited licence to fetch, store, process and display that content to you — only what is needed to provide the service, nothing more. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising. Delete your account and the licence ends with it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use yolvu to break the law, to infringe other people's rights, to probe or disrupt the service, or to save content you have no right to access. We can suspend accounts that do.

5. Subscriptions (yolvu Pro)

• yolvu Pro is an auto-renewable subscription with a monthly period.
• When a free trial is offered (for example, 7 days), you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before it does.
• The exact price is always shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms — request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Free accounts keep everything they already saved; the free tier limits how much more you can save.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep yolvu fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and may change, pause, or occasionally fail. We may add, modify or retire features.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, yolvu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Settings › Delete account) — it is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
