Something broken, or something missing? Write to support@yolvu.com.
One person reads that inbox. Tell us what you saved and what happened — that's usually enough to find it.Saving something
Share it to yolvu from any app — a link, a video, a photo, a PDF, or plain text. The share sheet saves it without opening yolvu. You can also tap + inside the app and paste.
Big videos take longer than links: yolvu reads the whole thing before it writes your card. If a save is still working, it shows as in-flight on Home rather than pretending to be done.
A save failed
Some sites refuse to be read by anything but a browser — private accounts, paywalls, posts that were deleted. When that happens the card says so instead of inventing a summary. Tap it and choose retry; if it fails twice for the same link, it will fail a third time, and the honest answer is that we can't reach that page.
Spaces
A space is a category you own. Create one — "Pottery", "MMA", "Recipes" — and new saves that belong there go there by themselves. If one lands in the wrong place, move it: that correction teaches the space, and it stops happening.
You can also open a space's words and edit them by hand: add the term that was missing, remove one that doesn't belong. That's the fastest fix there is.
Asking
The ask tab answers from what you saved and cites the cards it used. If it has nothing relevant, it says so rather than making something up.
Pro, billing, and cancelling
Pro raises the daily limits. On iPhone it is an Apple subscription: manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, not in yolvu — Apple owns that switch, and cancelling there stops the renewal immediately. Restore a purchase from Settings inside the app.
Your data
Everything you saved is yours and it leaves with you:
- Export — Settings → export. You get one file with every card, in full.
- Delete one save — long-press the card, or open it and use the ⋯ menu.
- Delete your account — Settings → delete account. It removes your saves and your login. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
What we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy.
Still stuck
Write to support@yolvu.com with the link you were saving and roughly when. We can look up what happened to that one save.
